I didn’t stay at the hotel but got drinks and dessert at the lobby bar. Beautiful, quiet, dimly lit space that’s perfect for a date or business meeting. Highly recommend.
Cocktails were great including their old fashion and early grey cocktail (~$20 each). Highly recommend the baked cookie / ice cream dessert for $18. Decent portion for two or three people. Takes about 15 min to come out. Absolutely delicious.
Wonderful service as well! Hannah was especially hospitable!!!
Top notch from A to Z. I was contacted before my trip via text to see if I had any requests, etc so they could better accommodate us. From the minute we were greeted at the front door until the day we left, every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and helpful.
The room was SUPER clean. They provide slippers but I felt that the rooms were clean enough for me to walk barefoot. Shampoo, conditioner, soap etc are by EDP Frederic Malle, if those amenities matter to you (they do to me) very nice little, thoughtful touches.
The One+One breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired, though. I was very excited to try it but the buffet was very small, not many options, and the food was mediocre. We had complimentary daily breakfast through our booking so it was fine but I wouldn’t pay $50/person price for it. You can get better breakfast somewhere else.
My all time favorite massage therapist, Tyler, is truly amazing! His expertise in caring for and nurturing the body is second to none. He has such a gentle approach which helps me feel fully relaxed - he instinctively knows how to soothe muscles and joints with his touch. He begins with some deep breaths, aromatherapy and inspiring words to set the stage for a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating massage. I highly recommend Tyler -
I don’t typically see male therapists, but Tyler has changed that for good! Can’t wait to see him again! Thanks Tyler! - Happy Holidays! - Tracey 🥰
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Service is great. Rooms are very nice and modern. But the beds….they will suck you in and make you not want to get up. This has become our favorite Boston hotel.
I stayed at the Four Seasons at 1 Dalton in Boston the last 2 nights. For $1300 a night, I had high expectations of the room and service. I turned my “‘make up room” service button on at 7:30am when I left the room. I came back at 3pm to a dirty room!!!
For $1300 a night, I expect to be able to return to a clean room when I return from a long day. I had to call for housekeeping to come up at 3pm to clean my room and their lame excuse is that they start cleaning at 9am! Well 6 hours passed from the time you were supposed to have started!!! My rest time was disrupted as I had to wait for them to clean just the bathroom because I didn’t have time or patience for them to make the beds as well.
I paid $2400 in just room charge for 2 nights for a room that is small and mediocre at best. Only thing decent was the bathroom. Service was terrible and shattered my image of Four Seasons in general. So many better hotels around. I loved the Mandarine Oriental. For the same price, it’s a much better room and service!!!
Best venue in Boston! Our company had a corporate event last weekend and we could not ask for a better experience. Gabi and her staff went above and beyond to take care of us and our guests. The venue was immaculate and the staff were incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. We will definitely be back in the future- Thank you for making our experience top notch!

Stayed here 4 years ago shortly after the opening. At the time, it was amazing, both physically and service. Recently stayed again. What a decline. From a service perspective this place has lost its mojo. Airport service, arrival, room …
